Being aware of values and lessons which have proven themselves effective for others will motivate you in developing values that will lead you closer to God as well.

Why is it necessary for even the healthiest of people to practice meditative techniques? Simply put, it takes us a step further towards self-actualization. The improvement which it promises for its followers outweigh the premise that meditation is non-beneficial to healthy individuals. There is nothing wrong if we try to utilize this craft into everyday life to better ourselves and move closer to God as well.
People who show little mindfulness towards meditation will soon get tired of doing the same thing in daily basis, that they get burned out fast and quit.
