Lose 6 Pounds In One Week With Dr. Demol Diet

Dr. Demol is well known Swiss expert in nutrition and wellness.  He is an author of the popular diet that has received its name. This diet is planned for a short period – 4-7 days. As a result, you can lose up to 6 pounds (3 kg). You will not experience any hunger and temptation by forbidden food because the menu is very varied.

The basic requirements

  • Eat four times a day after equal periods of time.
  • Drink 1.5-2 liters of pure still water per day.
  • Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.

Diet menu plan

Demola Diet – an easy option for those who find it difficult to calculate calories of food and to make a balanced diet. Swiss nutritionist offers two options – start from the list of products planned for one day, or use premade menu. Select the option that you like more and follow it.

The list of products for 1 day:

  • 200-300 g of lean meat or fish, boiled or steamed
  • 1 egg
  • 500 ml of low-fat milk
  • 7 tsp of sugar
  • 50 g of low-fat cottage cheese
  • 100-150 g of whole wheat or rye bread
  • 100 grams of baked potatoes
  • 50 g of butter
  • fruits and vegetables in any quantities

Divide this list of products into four meals. If this approach is not suitable for you, use prepared menu.

Pre-made menus

1 Day:
Breakfast. 250 ml of milk, 1 boiled egg, 2 slices of rye or whole wheat bread (50 g).

The second breakfast. Peach or Apple (100 g).

Lunch. 250 ml of vegetable juice, 250 grams of boiled chicken meat without skin, 100 g of baked potatos, 100 g of vegetable salad.

Dinner. 100 g of low-fat cottage cheese, 2 slices of rye or whole wheat bread (50 g), 250 ml of tomato juice, several leaves of lettuce.

2 Day:

Breakfast.  1 Cup of coffee with milk, 2 boiled eggs, radish salad, 3-4 slices of rye or whole wheat bread (100 g).

The second Breakfast. 100 ml of fresh vegetable juice

Lunch. 250 ml of carrot juice (ideally add a few drops of vegetable oil), 200 g of boiled fish, 100 g of boiled rice (better brown), cucumber salad.

Dinner. 100 g of fish, 2 slices of rye or whole wheat bread (50 g), salad from fresh vegetables with herbs, 250 ml of compote from a dogrose.

3 Day.
Breakfast. 1 Cup of coffee with milk, 100 g of baked lean meat, 2 slices of rye or whole wheat bread (50 g).

The second Breakfast. Cup (100-110 g) of any fruits or berries, better ef seasonal

Lunch. 250 ml of low-fat yogurt, 200 g beef steak, 200 of boiled potatoes and beets.
Dinner. 100 g of low-fat cream cheese, 2 slices of rye or whole wheat bread (50 g), radish salad, a cup of tea without sugar.

The caloric and nutritional value for all days is about the same, so you can safely mix breakfast-lunch-dinner from different days and create your menu. Diet will not be boring, and you can easily follow this program to drop pounds.
