When the body is under an excessive amount of stress, its blood vessels and muscles tense up and causes the blood pressure to rise. It’s important that we relax the muscle so that the blood pressure can normalize. How is this attainable?
Make sure not to press firmly down or massage from the bottom of the ear to the shoulder area. Instead, stroke from top to bottom, using just the fingertips. Do this 20 times – 10 times on the right side and 10 times on the left side.
At the second point (the area near the collarbone), you need to massage it using your fingertips – one minute each on both sides. Make sure you press strongly but not enough to induce pain.
Once you do this simple procedure, the blood pressure will stabilize and go back to normal.
